Description"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Initiating Stage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To define a new project or phase by obtaining authorization to start the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Develop the Project Charter: A document that formally authorizes the project and provides the project manager with authority to use resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identify and analyze stakeholders: People or organizations who can affect or are affected by the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliverables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project Charter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stakeholder Register<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outcome:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is officially recognized and resources are allocated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Planning Stage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To establish the total scope of the project, define objectives, and develop the course of action required to attain those objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Define scope, objectives, and requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Develop detailed Project Management Plan including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scope Management Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schedule Management Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cost Management Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quality, Resource, Communications, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management Plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identify risks and create a risk management plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estimate time, cost, and resources<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliverables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project Management Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WBS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Risk Register<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schedule and Budget Baselines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Communication Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outcome:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A comprehensive roadmap is created for executing and controlling the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Executing Stage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete the work defined in the project plan to meet the project objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acquire and manage the project team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assign tasks and execute project activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure quality assurance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manage stakeholder engagement and communications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conduct procurements and manage contracts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implement risk responses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliverables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliverables as per the scope<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team performance assessments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Change requests<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work performance data<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outcome:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project deliverables are developed and completed according to the plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitoring &amp;
